Speak

The passion that characterizes my writing overflows into my speaking. I've had the  privilege of speaking at conferences, meetings, banquets, retreats, and other events. I've addressed fellow writers, homeschool parents, teens, women's groups, student missionaries, senior adults, Mothers of Preschoolers, and almost anyone else who will listen! I'm a member of the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association (AWSA), a grou p of top Christian women communicators.

I especially enjoy the relationships speaking brings. As a writer, I spend plenty of time alone at my computer. There, I pray God will use my work to touch others' lives. Speaking allows me to connect with my audience and find out what drives, irritates, concerns, and empowers them. This helps keep my writing real and my prayers honest.
