Read. Write. Pray.Almost every important event in my life has a connection with reading. It's a family legacy that has blessed me beyond measure. My children all think it's normal to read while you blow-dry your hair, mix a batch of cookies, iron a shirt, or wash dishes because they've seen their mom do all those things. Early in my life, the reading flowed its way into writing. My kids have watched me do plenty of that, too. But I'm especially grateful that they have prayer as a family legacy. In the Pieper home, it's normal to stop what we're doing and pray, to pray together as a family, and to pray immediately with someone who hurts. Here in my niche of cyberspace, I hope to share my passion for reading and books of many kinds; for the craft and business of writing; and for prayer, the living expression of relationship with an all-loving, all-powerful God. I'm honored to have you join me as we READ. WRITE. PRAY together.

A Little Bit About MartiI love my children; my husband Tom (pastor, teacher, and trumpet player extraordinaire); and the One who enables me to read, write, and pray. I've asked God to use my writing and speaking to count for eternity. I'm passionate about relationships and creativity.
